Deleted email addresses that haven't cleared

I have old deleted email addresses that won't clear from my manage email addresses page.

I understand that this has been looked into and resolved by moderators in the past, can this be looked into for me please?

@hatedthatmoose I tried calling you this morning to let you know that this has now been sorted and the old addresses have been deleted. Can you post back to let me know if you're happy to close this as resolved?
