Can anyone help me to delete an active account of my "My BT" profile (No.1). Its currently attached as a primary ID. I have tried to add it to another "My Bt" profile (no.2) and have requested a PIN because its attached to profile No.1- hasnt come yet.
Need to resolve asap, as I need to link profile no.1 to get discount, but will have 2 BT mobile accounts as of tomorrow.
