Deleting an active account from "My BT" (need to have it on another profile)

Hello,

 

Can anyone help me to delete an active account of my "My BT" profile (No.1). Its currently attached as a primary ID. I have tried to add it to another "My Bt" profile (no.2) and have requested a PIN because its attached to profile No.1- hasnt come yet.

 

Need to resolve asap, as I need to link profile no.1 to get discount, but will have 2 BT mobile accounts as of tomorrow.

Thank you- BT are on the case- so will hopefully be resolved within the next 24 hours.
