Device Management in BTTV App

Hi

I have the BT TV App on my Samsung tablet.

I recently bought a chrome cast device so I can watch the app on a TV.

All went well except the chrome cast counts as a new device in the app.

I deleted an old device from the app to free up the 2nd slot.

This said I can add a new device every 30 days.

It has been well over 30 days now but the app still shows a padlock against the 2nd device slot.

Please can someone help me to clear this so I can cast from the tablet to the tv.
