After installing WiFi disc it showed up on mybt app as connected with good signal. None of our devices could see it. Had live chat with by who said it was a faulty disc. Sent me a new disc. Installed today. Exactly the same problem. Reinstalled and factory reset several times. None of our devices can see the disc even when operated right beside the disc. WiFi working fine otherwise. My bt app shows the disc is connected and has a good signal. At a loss as to where to go now. Anyone got an idea? Thanks jim
