Yesterday 3 Samsung devices lost connection to our home wifi. I have tried to reconnect but our wifi is not showing in the list of available networks. This is only affecting two samsung phones and a samsung tablet. Other devices in the home are connecting fine including one other samsung tablet. Any ideas please ? Does not make sense why some devices can see it and others not. None of these devices are new and have been working for some considerable time until yesterday.
The home hub may have run out of internal connections, this is a common problem.
Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then turn off Smart Setup.
