Hi
Im so fed up now, I think I deserve BT infinity, my speed is normally around 1mb, most of the time less, I have had many engineers out. Laughing at my speed, I had BT vision but never used it because of the speeds.
I have the unlimited package but feel its not really worth me paying it anymore, because I dont get real broadband speed.
More like dial up speed!!

If you would like us to try and help you, could you please post your router stats? By going to http://192.168.1.254/ and then A-Z and ADSL Settings. And also run a speedtest at http://pbtcsc.bt.motive.com/speedtest/ and post the results of that.
High had rest hub, going fast now for a bit

Download speed is the actual speed you receive at your computer at the time you ran the test. This speed can be affected by the number of people and devices using your broadband connection at the time of the day.
Your connection speed is the speed that your Home Hub communicates with the Telephone Exchange. This is usually the maximum speed your line can support for the broadband you're on.
You must leave your home hub turned on and connected to your phone line for at least five days.
During that time, do not reset or disconnect it.
If your download speed has not increased after that time, then return to this thread for assistance.
Thank you
ok will do thanks
its impossible for me to stay connected for 5 days the most I had was 3 days
