So we signed up to BT earlier this year when the offer of a free each, fit bit or tablet was on. We have rang twice now and still not received an email or anything to do with this free gift. By the sounds it's a regular complaint.
Did you apply online, or over the phone?
What was the date you placed the order, and what date was your service activated?
We applied online. We received an email asking 'what free gift will you pick' on the 19th March 2019. The email stated that you would be in touch 28days after we had been connected with our unique code.
We never received this so rang the first time where I was told I was being sent a reward card then once that was activated that we would then receive the email with our unique code. Again this never happened so rang again and again not had anything. It has been several months and yes I know I should of probably got in touch again sooner than this however I'm a full time working mum with three young children and so being on hold to BT is not something on the top of my priority list. That's why this time I thought I would post on here and see if I can get any further forward.
