Difficulty using bt tv remote control

Hi just received bt tv but disappointed to find the remote control key pad buttons to  small and fiddly to use , this is not designed for people with poor eye sight and average fingers . What over remote controls with larger buttons can be used ?. Or do i have to cancel ang go back to my  previous tv package with usefull remote control ?

There have been a number of versions/styles over the years and all are compatible as far as I can tell. I have purchased replacements for my preferred style from eBay.
