Digital Voice connection issues

Hi, 

I received the handset on the top as part of my initial package with BT and subsequently purchased through BT the handset on the bottom. The handset on the top is connecting fine with my hub but I can’t seem to get the handset on the bottom to work with the one on the top! BT advised me they should work together, but no luck so far, can anyone help!

I don't think the phone at the bottom is a DV phone.

It certainly looks different to mine.

I think there are only 2 versions. One is the same as the top one and the other cheaper version is similar in size and looks as that but has no chrome round it.

Has the bottom phone paired to the hub. You can check in hub stats
