Digital Voice phone ceased to ring.

My Digital Phone handset has ceased to ring, it did for several months after installation. No keypad tones either.  I have reset phone and re-registered it. I have rebooted the hub. I tested it with Ringback and also using Home Hub phone finder, no sound. Any one got any ideas?

Hi @Joncbro   How did you reset the phone, did you pull the batteries out?

No, I used the phone reset in the menu. I'll try the battery removal method.

No. removing and re-inserting the batteries made no difference.
