I'm trying to understand what binds a Digital Voice service to a corresponding ADS?/FTTC/FTTP Service.Ive had some scenarios recently where I have been migrating to/from Digital Voice on FTTC or FTTP and in scenarios where I have two internet services I seem to be able to order DV, but it does not deploy successfully if there is already a digital voice service in place, this is an unusual question/scenario, so would appreciate thoughts/comments?
