Hi, An hoping someone can help. Have always paid my bills by direct debit on time with no problems. But when I checked my online banking this week my payment had been reversed due to insufficent funds as my husbands wages hadn't cleared in time. I haven't received a letter from bt yet. What happens now? Do they retake the direct debit as funds are now available? This was for my phone and bt vision will they stop my bt vision? Direct debit was taken on the 23rd
