I'm having troubles connecting my BT disc 2 to my BT Hub 2. I'm not connecting via the app I'm using the ethernet method. When the disc is connected to the hub via the ethernet cable I eventually get a solid blue light which according to the BT disc 2 manual means the disc is connected. However when I disconnect the ethernet cable from the disc the light starts reverting back to flashing red and not a solid blue light.
Any reason why this is happening?

Is this the second disk you’re trying to pair, or the first? Are you paying for complete wi-fi? Is the disk black?
You could try connecting by factory resetting the disk - and press the WPS button on the Hub and Disk to pair.
Failing that, factory reset everything and try setup again.
