I have Superfast Fibre Unlimited and it is continually disconnecting and then reconnecting. This has been occurring only since I moved from a rolling contract (which I was on for 12 months) to a student contract for the exact same package.
No change on my part in terms of the setup and the laptop doesn't disconnect when using Wi-Fi at University, so I don't suspect it is the laptop.
Speed is showing as 47 Mb using BT's tests.

Is it the hub that is dropping connection - hub light changing from blue to orange - or is it wifi that is dropping?
post stats if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
check line noise. Dual 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
