Disconnection issues appearing after new contract

I Signed a new contact 12 month contact 6 days ago and it was active from the 28 Feb Midnight.

My download speed was capped at 40MB but at the 1st of March 3AM my line was uncapped showing I could get 45/45. (Great)

But now my line is suffering from issue that I never had

I am thinking it could possible be DLM but my Router LED are not showing up correctly I am currently on the internet and only the DSL light is on, my Router is a W9980 I can restart the router and the LED will work but next time the connection drops its not on.

It's possible the uncapping of the line has caused it to become unstable, and as such DLM is increasing the noise margin in an attempt to stabilise the line.

I'd expect the 40meg cap, or band, to be reapplied if the line keeps losing sync.

I hoping it is DLM just altering my line back to 40MB I dropped again last night in the early hours and come back online with a slightly lower speed.

OK well my line drop again this afternoon and my download speed it back to 45 but I also noticed these strange xDSL logs

SNR Margin on Downstream is jumping up and down from 5.0 ~ 5.6

I thought DLM only did changes in the early hours my connection has now droped 2 times today, 10AM and now at 6PM each resulting in slight SNR changes on up and down. 😞

It's not only DLM changes that cause a drop in connection.
