Disconnection

Hi...My bt services have been disconnected even though i was paying the bill off bit by bit . Now they have sent me a final bill for £276...What can be done to rectify this and get my services back?

This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators

 

I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get your problem sorted for you this is a link to them

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
