Discord images being blocked

Hi all,

I turned on my PC as usual this morning and opened the 'Discord' app but BT seems to be blocking any incoming and outgoing images that I send and/or receive so I decided to check a few other websites and some of them don't come up correctly. BT seems to be blocking them. Any reason as to why this is?

What makes you say it is BT blocking images?

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it is a browser problem?

Because I have tried on multiple browsers and I am using the Discord program as apposed to viewing discord in a browser.

Exactly the same thing has happened on my laptop, what is going on ?

Just a guess, have you turned parental controls on ? logon to  MyBT to check

Same here. Discord won't work on my phone or Laptop and refuses to load images. this isn't parental controls because we have them turned off. BT has messed something up

Is the problem confined to the BT network? Does everything work when on 4g or a different network?

Discord images load fine when using the school WiFi and cafe however when at home it refuses to load. This is a BT issue

I am not saying it is not a BT issue but it is always best to carry out some sort of diagnostics before reaching a conclusion.

I logged in earlier and the parental controls are off, so it isn't that, unfortunately.
