I got a 3 month discount on my bt sport hd package, starting from 5 July. I've just noticed my last bill is higher than I expected, and on looking at the bill it appears my discount ended on 12 September rather than 4 October as it should have.
Can someone get in touch to correct this error?

you need to contact billing and sort it out
Do they have a contact email? The website is not very helpful.
