Disgraceful customer service from BT regarding incorrect phone bill

I have just landed back from holiday to find my phone has made 550 calls whilst we were away!! This is after a BT cable was repaired due to workmen sethering a cable down our road knocking out our phone lines for approx 10 days prior to us going away. I have been passed from pillar to post around India this morning, with nobody actually giving a care about this problem and actually dealing with anything. I desperately need to speak to someone in the UK. ( this is my 2nd problem with BT in as many months and this is causing me extreme stress!)

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are a UK based team of people, who take personal ownership of your problem.

Once you get a reply, make sure that you are logged into the forum, then click on their name, you will see a screen like this. Click on the link as shown below.
Please do not send them a personal message, as they cannot deal with service issues that way.

For your own security, do not post any personal details, on this forum. That includes any tracking number you are give.

They will respond either by phone or e-mail, when its your turn in the queue.
