Disney+ and premium home wifi

Hi, Disney+ works ok through my smart hub but I have now set up a whole home Wi-Fi using bt premium whole home Wi-Fi and Disney + comes up with an error message when a film is selected. I switch back to the smart hub and it works ok. Does anyone have a solution?

I am using an iPad. Works when I switch to my home  hub Wi-Fi but not on the new home wifi
