We're having an issue where DisneyPlus seems to think we are travelling abroad, but only on our home Fibre connection.
Our account works fine on our mobile phones, but whenever we access it through fibre (on Roku/Laptop etc.) it thinks we are in another region. We don't have a VPN running, so what's going on?
Any ideas?
Sounds like their IP mapping is out of date - IP ranges are sold/transferred around the world on a frequent basis. You'll need to report it to them to get them to update their map.
Alternatively, reboot your router to get a new IP.
