Dispute a default on credit report

Go to solution

Hi can anywhere provide any info or steer me in the right direction on how to remove a default from my credit report. I have recently discovered I have a £10 default from bt on equifax. This appears to be from a couple of years ago when I switched from bt to sky. I had no idea that this money was owed and never received any notice of it. I’m unable to find any help from bt about it and I haven’t been a customer since I switched so I have no account with them,  can anyone here provide a link or dm me about how to resolve this, Thanks
