I will check again, but i think when i checked before it was not a hauwai one ;(  Still confusing me why I can not run the further diagnostics on the bt wholesale speedtest. Smiley Frustrated

I will try and phone BT again to see what they are going to do now......

Quick update for anyone interested....

 

I have just spoken to BT and they have contacted Openreach who had closed the call as resolved. The lady I spoke to wondered if it I was capped somehow, so she went to run the "Further Diagnostics" part and realised it didnt work so got Openreach to run it who said I am not capped, but they have now found a fault on my line! But the last engineer clear the bridge tap error and said the line was now clear.... Wonder what this fault it? Should have asked I guess....

 

Apaarently they are going to send a "specialist" 'SI/SSI' engineer tomorrow afternoon to fix the issue....

 

So we shall see......

So, ANOTHER engineer no show......

 

As an IT contractor I have now booked two afternoon's off work ( remote working not allowed at current client ) to be home for an engineer for them not to show up.

 

I am thinking of claiming against BT/Openreach for a loss of earnings.......

BT customer services just ran another check and it is still showing up a fault on the wholesale network, so it isn't like the engineer has fixed it remotely without turning up/letting me know.
