So you are no different then Sky are you BT.
I have been sitting on the phone waiting to speak with you about an issue for over an hour now. You are a **bleep**ing pain in the **bleep**. I have a business to run and have issues, but you do not answer your phones. 1 hour 6 minutes so far and still ringing.
You claim you are busy, like F you are, you are just another big **bleep** hole company that does not care about your customers.
I have been a customer of yours for 4 weeks now and I wish I never changed from Sky.
When the agreement is up we will be going back to Sky. The reason for that is, you have no customer service, you make bad and wrong decisions too and you need too, like Facebook, BBC, CNN, etc, etc all need to be removed from society because you do not actually serve anyone but yourselves is the conclusion I have come too.
How about that for a complaint. You suck and we have only been with you a few weeks. Really good way to keep your custom BT.
