Do you think BT will ever complete my fibre order?

Order raised 4th October. Engineer on site 2nd September - failed installation. Repeated phone calls and promises to update me on progress. Escalation within Openreach. Nothing!!!

How can I cancel my order and all BT services?

@gribbenp

Welcome to this user forum.

Is this for a fibre to the home (FTTP) installation, or just a normal copper connection to a phone socket?

Have you spoken to the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787?

How will cancelling your service give you a broadband connection, as Openreach work for nearly every provider?

The only way to cancel your order is to call BT on 0800 800 150.

Has there been any equipment or fibre  installed, as that will have to recovered by Openreach, as it cannot be used by another provider, so a new provider would have to start right from the beginning, and that could take a long time.

I would still speak to the FTTP team, to see if they can give you a definite date.
