Hello Bt community,
This year I have had some serious problems with Bt. In February they put me on a new deal, I have landline,broadband, tv and mobile package with them and I have been with them for over many years.
first they tried to delete my mobile number which I have had for years and was not I agreed too. They did sort that out for me, but now they have took out £266 out of my bank instead of £69. I have never had a bill for that much and has really put me in a bad position as they told me it will take 3-5 working days to be returned.
So I won't see that now because of the Easter holidays and left short.
My question is do you still trust Bt?
