Restarting the router now and again seems to be good for performance, does the same go for the ONT?

Re: Does an ONT need to be restarted every now and then?
I've been keenly watching how long my Smart Hub 2 can go without a restart and still work properly. I'm at 56 days so far. Pretty impressed! ...I have 50 devices showing as connected to, so its a pretty busy hub!

ONT should be left alone (turned on) unless you are experiencing problems where a restart may sort things out.
Same with routers again leave alone unless you are experiencing problems.
I can report the BT 910-110 package some users have been advised a restart due to low speed issues but normal conditions best left alone.
