Wonder if someone could answer a question. When we joined BT our download speeds we averaging about 17Mbps.
After about a month they have now dropped to approx 13Mbps. This was confirmed by BT own speedchecker.
Run all tests from BT diagnostics. Of course their response was you need an engineer.
We didn't need an engineer in the first month
Funny samething happened when we where on Sky and Talk Talk.
So is this an industry standard practice.
By the way only one not to drop was Virgin
