I am unable to download my bills other than the current one. I used live help, they couldn't help and said they had passed problem on to tech support - since then a dfeafening silence. Help please
Thanks for your replies - this is what happens - I click on 'previous bill' and a list of past bills comes up including my current October one. Next to the October bill date, it says 'view bill' and underneath 'download bill'. That works fine but for all the other bills, there is only the box saying download bill and if I click that, I just come back to the list of bills.
