Downstream "Max Connection" and Noise Margin slowly trending downwards

I have an Infinity 2 connection and I'm super close to the cabinet, but recently I've been having dropouts and reboots.

My connections syncs ay roughtly 19900/79900 every time and a max data rate of 31000/90000. 

The downstream 'Max data rate' steadily drops around 3000 per hour and the downstream noise margin drops around 0.6 per hour.

After about 10 hours my connection is still synced at 79900 but my 'Max data rate" is down to 50000. Eventually the router reboots and the process restarts, with the downstream max data rate steadily dropping from 90000 to 50000.

Is rthis likely to be a problem with the wiring, router or something at BT or OpenReach's end?

Possibly a router issue, possible some ingress of noise onto the circuit.

it was the router. I changed back to the HH5 and there is no deterioration of downstream noise margin.
