Had a problem on Tuesday which was sorted out. Since then I keep receiving duplicate messages in Microsoft Outlook. It is most annoying to have to delete extra messages that I don't want. Anyone got ideas on what I can do to stop the problem. Have been advised that the problem might be that a 'Leave Messages on the Server' box may have been checked inadvertently. But try as I may I can't find the box to uncheck it! Hope to hear from someone soon! Thanks.
