On a regular basis sometimes 3 or 4 times a day when I try to connect to my e-mail via windows mail with Vista Ultimate it regularily requests my Username and password and the BT help screen comes up and asks if I wish to fix the problem. It then checks and tests my e-mail a/c's and then responds that it cannot find any thing wrong and my mails then down load. If I cancel the BT help screen and put in my Username and Password aqgain my mail downloads.


This is most frustrating as it has been going on for months and is ridiculous that I have to go through this process every day when I try to connect to my e-mails.


Is any body else experiencing the same problem????
