Yes I read that and tried the links. The first link took me to the "Managing all your...." page and I couldn't sign in using the yahoo link.

Hi gg30340 yes I did and no no avail, it said that the email address and password wasnt recognised...even changed my password via the yahoo log in page but nothing....

Have you tried accessing your emails by logging onto your "MyBT" and then going to "MyExtras" > "Manage BTMail"
Have tried going down to "Manage BT Mail" but it doesn't give me an option to sign in - am I missing something? The only sign in is still at the top right of the page. I did try it but it just took me straight to the "Manage all...." page.

You don't need to sign in. If you have got to the "manage BTMail part you should just click on the "Manage BTMail" button and it should take you to all your BT email accounts. Once there you should be able to click on the "Go to Inbox" button of the account you want to access.
It is not listing my e-mail address, which is the primary one, or my husband's. It just has an old email address of my daughter's which was deleted (and it has it listed as deleted). I assume that this will be linked to the main issue?
HI, gg30340 when I go to this manage BT mail box and click, there are no emails to see.....so its as if my email account doesnt exist...When I try to add it as a new one it wont let me as it says that email address is already taken...yes it is...its mine but not visible...
It would appear so. All you can do now is wait for the moderators to help.
EDIT: To many people on same thread which is causing confusion with answers but the above applies to you both.
You should avoid contacting Customer Service again as this will cause confusion about what is being done when the moderators try and resolve this.
