I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. Once you have replied to them by the link, it can at present take two working days for them to re-contact you.
Hi Hazelds, gg30340 did the same for me and one of the moderators told me how to contact them and has taken on my problem. I am waiting to hear back from them in the next day or so. I think this approach via the forum and getting moderators involved seems much more beneficial and helpful to get problems sorted than telephoning the advisors in India...
Perhaps BT should seriously think about investing in this approach more and getting more UK based moderators in order to help solve the problems...
