I need help as i cannot log in to my email account, I am not with BT any more but i still use the talk21.com email address which worked fine up to a couple of days a go. Now i cannot log in, i go to to change my password i get a four digit pin on my phone which i enter online and then change the password, message says it has changed, i then go to log in put my new password in, just says you are not logged in and try again.

If you are no longer a BT Broadband customer your email account may have been downgraded to the BTMail basic account, which is only accessible using a web browser and can not be accessed using an email client/app.
Try using the following format as your username when trying to log on via the BT logon page:- email@example.com
No luck with that address i have always logged in using the web browser and it has worked fine for years.
Do you know a contact address at all.
Tried the btinternet address again and now it works.
