Is there anyone I can contact for help in finding out what the plan is for my Phone Line being enabled for Fibre. I am on an EO line and approx 200m from the exchange. The exchange is enabled for Fibre and there has been green cabinets installed. They have being accepting orders for months now but there is still no change to my line. I have tried contacting BT several times and keep getting told different things from "we have requested the work to be done and you should be able to be connect in 3 weeks" to "still planning solutions.
I have also tried contacting Openreach but not too successful. Is it worth speaking to the local council or MP. I am a bit lost for what to do next. So fustrating when the cabinet is next to the pole that my line is on.
Any help would be appreciate,

Are you in a BDUK area which provides funding for Openreach to supply EO lines and those in rural areas? If so contact them.
By all means continue to contact your local MP, council and local newspapers.
Where in Scotland?
There are different investment programmes for there so someone else may be able to point you in the right direction.
