ERROR CODE 553

Whenever I try to send email I keep getting :

"Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-3-1) ID (5ED9AFBE05BDA81B) [Err code: 553] "

When I phoned BT the operator told me it must be my computer as there was nothing wrong their end - she advised i delete all cookies which I have done - made no difference. I note some people on the message board have had this problem rectified - is it up to BT or is it my computer  . I figure BT must have some role in it as this at least  an interaction between my laptop and BT - no other email that I use has this problem. Advice welcom Graham46

Turn off VPN (eg Nord).  Worked in my case.
