ERROR When Trying to add BT Sport Free to current BT TV package

Hi

Three times I have tried to add BT Sport free to my current BT TV package, standard broadband, but every time I receive this error message:

To order BT Sport on Sky, click here
To order BT Sport on Sky with BT broadband, click here

Please can you tell me how to add BT Sport free, as it says I should get it for no extra charge.

I can't find the right way to send email via 'contact us' - nothing is near to what I need ... and it's only a phone number or online message....

How did you work it out? My issue was due to my B T broadband not ample enough apparently.
