EXCESSIVE BILLING CHARGES

Can anyone explain why my monthly Fees for Broadband and landline have now been increased to £66 per month?
I consider this to be ridiculously excessive.  A landline that I never use (don't even have a telephone) and now paying £66 for unlimited Fibre broadband per month from June. It was already high at £49.50 but I let it stand to save changing my email addresses.

Why can BT impose such fees when one can get the same Unlimited Broadband Deal, including line rental, from providers such as PlusNet for only £26.99?

Re: EXCESSIVE BILLING CHARGES

looks like your fixed term contract is ending and you are losing all the discount which you had and going on to standard terms  you need to phone  options team on 0800800030 and negotiate a new deal with reduced costs

the cost increase would have been covered in the email you received when you last renewed your contract
