Hopefully someone can help me here. So we have an earlier activation date. Equipment is due to arrival Thursday 11th March 21, Activation Friday 12th March 21, Engineer appointment is Monday 22nd March 21.
My question is will i be able to hook up my BT Fibre Hub and it will work straight away or will i have to wait till 22nd March 21, in which case the next activation date is the 23rd March 21, so i may aswell move it to that date.

Hi @daddyhayes10 welcome to the forum and sorry for the confusion over the connection date.
It sounds like the appointment was changed to the 22nd and this would be the date the engineer would complete the connection of your broadband. It is unlikely to be working before that date.
