After the price increase I phoned to make sure I could leave penalty free. Yes I can leave I was told. So had a look around for other providers and decided on talk talk, I phoned BT just to make sure no charges once again, and yes no charges so I placed the order.
Order no sooner place when I get the following email.
As you're still within the minimum term of your contract, you'll need to pay a charge for each month you've got left. We expect this to be £307.74 by the time you move.
You'll also need to pay: £65.00 for BT broadband equipment charges
So what do I do now? Told one thing and they whatever they want anyway.
