Easy Assist Can't Cancel an Order

I recently called up to cancel the HD Sport Package as the free trial period has run out. As I have to give 30 days notice this is due to complete the beginning of May.

 

I have however decided I'd like to upgrade my BT TV to the Entertainment package and get the YouView+ box and was offered a suitable deal.

 

However, noone seems to be able to cancel the current cancellation order, meaning I have to wait until this completes before I can do anything else?

 

This is nuts, they've (Easy Assist) tried to cancel it a few times, but haven't been successful. Ideally I'd like the new box as soon as I can. Can someone help?

 

It seems a bit mad I can't even cancel my cancellation lol.
