Echo Dot

I wonder if you can this pass this message on to someone who thinks he can deal with this as the others have failed miserably.

Good morning 

The above closed complaint ( twice closed I might add) relates to a sales pitch to me on the 8th January 2020 promising me an echo dot if I upgraded to your Halo package. I did ,however I now find myself in a situation where there is a reluctance to or a pretty abysmal abdication of responsibility by someone to honour this agreement . Where is my Echo dot ?? really. It has become a matter of principle for me now having spoken to your complaints department well over a week ago promising  me it would be delivered within 3 days ? If you’re not going to honour this agreement then just say that and we will take it from there.
