Echo dot still not arrived

Changed to Halo months ago, was told id get an Echo Dot. 

Was told it would be sent automatically after cooling off period. 

Its been 3 or 4 months now.

Hi @Stevie24 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you have not received the Echo Dot. Was this from an order you placed on bt.com or were you told over the phone that you would get this gift?

Hi there, yes i was told this over the phone. I originally called up and added halo. Then i called again about the echo but it was too soon as cooling off period hadnt passed. The person on the phone could find my offer anywhere. Was transfered and the guy found it and said it would arrive shortly.  But it didnt arrive.
