My elderley father has been without any BT phone service for a weeks or so, and has today been advised that the fault was outside between the house and the box down the road (another family member contacted India on his behalf), and that he could not expect any service until 14th August.
My Dad needs his phone as he is under medical treatment at this time, and needs to communicate with his Doctor and Hospital on a regular basis.
He does have a mobile, but cannot get a useable signal at home.
Is there any way to move his fault to urgent?
Any help appreciated guys

Thanks for your post and welcome back!
I'm sorry that your Dad's service has developed a fault. I can appreciate how important it is for him to have a working service. Are you any further forward with this?
If you need our help post back and we will give you a hand from here.
He still has no service. My cousin has been trying to speed things via the normal channels but has just hit a brick wall.
This is not a good situation as his health has not been so good recently.
My cousin lives a few miles away and is travelling to relay messages for him as I live over 100 miles away.
If you could speed this up it would be much appreciated
