Email Account Suspension

Hi there, would be very grateful if anyone could help me regain access to my email account, suspended for over a week. Had several fruitless webchats and phonecalls to India, and now desperate!! Can't reactivate as no accounts at all shown under "manage BT Mail" button on "My BT". Is there a UK number I can call?

I'm basically having the same problem and just going round and round in circles with BT.

Can I ask how you manage your email, I take it you don't log into BT webmail?

I do, via My BT page, but the moment just going thru the "manage all your BT services in one place" pages on a continuous loop!
