Email Address has disappeared since update

I normally sign into my email with a btinternet email address.  once signed and I need to send an email so it comes from a works email address ending in .co.uk I used to click a drop down menu on the top of my email and click on my work email address and when the recipient would receive the email it would have looked as it had come from my co.uk address. Since the latest update this does not work any more. Could anyone advice how to get this running again.

You need to add the account to your BT email account.

Log onto your BT email account and go to the settings found by clicking on your username at the top right. Once in the settings go to "Mail" then "Accounts". Click on add then complete all the details using your co.uk email account.

Once added you should be able to send and receive from that email account.

Thanks. I have tried to add an account. It responds saying 'We are unable to connect to your account. With the following below.

We were unable to connect to your account


Receiving emails
e.g. imap.serviceprovider.com
e.g. 143
SSL

Sending emails
e.g. smtp.serviceprovider.com
e.g. 25
SSL

I am not sure what ti type into the boxes

You will need to find out from your work email provider what settings they use for their servers and which ports they use.
