Email Failure - Sender is advised I do not have a BTInternet.com account

I am experiencing random email failures where the sender is advised that I do not hold a BTInternet.com account.

 

This has also happened to me when sending from my work email address. I received a failure notice within ten minutes, yet on other occaisions before and since the emails have been delivered.

 

What is causing this?
