Email Font Size

Why does the font size on my email page continually switch from small to large - making it sometimes impossible to access emails and reply.

I cannot find any answers  from BT Q/A's - every time BT maintain the emails - there are always problems afterwards.

Additionally every time I log in in - I have to go to manage to be able to access my emails - what nonsense is this?

And! why is it that we cannot email BT Email Technical direct?

Try clearing the history and cookies from your browser. If it has the option, use the clear from all time option.

If that does not help try another browser to see if it is browser problem or an account problem.

Try using this log on link.

Log-in to where? Surely you should log-in to your emails direct, or better still, use a decent email client.
