For the last few weeks or so on opening my email it seems to hang with "loading" appearing on selecting certain emails in my in box. It continues like this for ages, I've tried restarting and reloading sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't so I wondered if there was a current problem and if anyone can help?
Thanks
Further to the last question I posted about when I open my email all I get is "loading" when I restart it I also cannot delete any new emails. I've tried the obvious but again the email client just hangs.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Presumably you are accessing your email on a web browser, if so have you tried clearing the history and cookies of the browser and or have you tried another browser.
Further to the last question I posted about when I open my email all I get is "loading" and I can't access them, well I also cannot delete any new emails and I wondered if the two were connected? . I've tried the obvious but again the email client just hangs.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Hi again,
There's obviously some problem going on with BT Mail as further to the last two questions I recently posted now I can't select emails to file either i.e I select the email(s) by putting a tick in the box and it jumps to the next and I can't doing anything with the email I've selected.
Thanks for your reply, yes I regularly clear all cookies history and browser cache albeit a pain as I have to re-enter login details etc using AVG PC TuneUp. I'm using the latest Firefox and no I haven't tried using another browser but I'll try Chrome to see if the samething happens.
Thanks
Please stop creating new threads for what appears to be one problem.
I didn't think I was but they were new problems and as I understood it they weren't connected but don;t worry I won't bother again
Hi,
When I open my mail and go to my inbox it loads all the emails I've received but when I click on one to read it the screen goes "cloudy white" and the spinning cog icon word "loading" appears and there it hangs forever. I've tried refreshing and reopening my mail but the same issue occurs.
Any suggestions welcome, Distinguished Sage?
Thanks,
Pip
